📅 Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a cleaning?
You can book online through our website by clicking ‘Book Now’ — it only takes about 60 seconds. You can also call us at (918) 880-2485 and we’ll get you scheduled right away.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Can I reschedule or cancel my cleaning?
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel your cleaning through your Booking Koala account or by calling us. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
What days and times are you available?
We offer cleaning services Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday through Sunday from 10am to 8pm. You can choose your preferred time slot when booking online.
Do you offer recurring cleaning schedules?
Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning plans. Recurring customers enjoy priority scheduling and consistent cleaning teams.

What's the difference between Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Out cleaning?
Standard Cleaning is our regular maintenance service — perfect for keeping your home fresh on a recurring basis. Deep Cleaning is a more thorough, top-to-bottom clean that includes baseboards, blinds, and hard-to-reach areas. Move-In/Out Cleaning is our most comprehensive service, designed for empty or near-empty homes, including inside cabinets, closets, and appliances.
What's included in each cleaning service?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know and we’re happy to accommodate.
Can I customize my cleaning or add extras?
Yes! We offer several add-on services including inside of refrigerator, inside of oven, interior windows, organization, carpet cleaning, dish washing, garage/patio sweeping, and wall washing. You can add these when booking.
Do you clean apartments and condos, or just houses?
Yes, we service houses, apartments, condos, offices, and small brick and mortar stores
Is there any reason the 100% satisfaction guarantee would become invalidated?
If sufficient time is not provided for our cleaners to complete the service.
If we are not notified within 24 hours of the cleaning regarding any missed areas.
If other service providers (painters, electricians, handymen, plumbers, carpet cleaners, etc.) are present during the scheduled cleaning. To ensure quality, our team must be the only service providers in the home during your appointment.
What do we not clean?
Our cleaners do not handle biohazard materials, including blood, feces, vomit, or urine, and will not address large amounts of pests (such as dead bugs or fleas) unless discussed in advance. Additional fees may apply if such conditions are present..
Do you have a lockout policy?
If we are unable to access your home, our team will wait up to 30 minutes. After that time, the appointment will be canceled and a $55 lockout fee will be applied..
Can my quote change?
If the condition of the home differs from what was originally described, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted price. You will be notified within 15 minutes of our arrival, and any changes will be discussed with you before proceeding.

How is pricing determined?
Our pricing is based on the size of your home — specifically the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and overall square footage. You can get an instant quote online by entering your home details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure, cash-free payment system. Payment is processed after your cleaning is completed.
Do I need to tip my cleaner?
Tips are never required but always appreciated! If you’d like to tip your cleaner, you can do so in cash or through the booking platform after your service.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards make a wonderful gift for friends, family, or anyone who deserves a clean home. Visit our Gift Cards page to purchase one.

Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes, every single cleaner on our team undergoes a thorough background check before they’re hired. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. In the unlikely event that something is damaged during a cleaning, we’ll take care of it promptly.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home! Many of our clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox access. You can also be home if you prefer — whatever makes you most comfortable.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Tulsa and the surrounding communities including Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Glenpool, and areas within Tulsa County and Creek County.
Do you charge extra for locations outside Tulsa?
Yes, if outside of service area we can add a trip charge depending on where you are located. Give us a call and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate you.
